These industry leading cabinets are made from a high grade Industrial Strength Particle Board, consisting of a higher density lumber chip and resins which produce a stronger and more consistently solid board. This material, combined with the industry’s high standard Dado Joint Construction, along with modern steel hardware, produces a higher grade product not found in your local Home Improvement Centers.
All doors, sides, and interiors of our cabinets are finished on both sides with a Thermo-Fused Melamine.
This commercial grade product will not delaminate, peel, bubble, or discolor. It also provides an easy clean surface.
Both the top and bottom decks and all shelves are 1” thick, and made from the same Industrial grade product. Cabinet widths are available up to 48” with no center dividers and have fully adjustable shelves that easily accommodate the different height objects you wish to store.
Using Industrial grade material, along with full ½” backs, allows us to mount (directly into the studs) off the floor, without the need for those pesky kick boards and unsightly legs that are used by companies that install the weaker, lower grade cabinets.
